In subsequent tries unplugging it and plugging it in I get the USB plug in chime but nothing in File Explorer. I installed that hoping there was something in that software that would help me out but it's just an app to upgrade the phone itself. The first time I plugged it in it showed up in File Explorer but when I clicked on it it only had something called Verizon Wireless Upgrade Assistant in it. Windows recognizes something because when it gets plugged in I get the chime that plays when I plug in a USB device.
